On a December Saturday afternoon 5 tiny puppies came into our care. Allegedly they had been found inside one of those plastic vegetable growing tunnels. They were said to be inside a hole dug into the ground. We have no information about the mother dog, unfortunately. The 4 boys and 1 girl could be about 6 weeks old at the time and were suffering from a fungal skin infection.
MINKY is the smaller beige-colour pup, MONKEY is the bigger beige-colour one, MARDEL is black and he had a larger fungal discolouration on his back for a long time, MARVEL is blackish-brown and had a fungal dicolouration around his mouth and MANCI, the black one, is the only girl.
We started with the treatment of the fungal infection right away, then all 5 pups received two doses of Biocan-M vaccine against fungi. By now they’re out of the quarantine and live happily ever after as a typical puppy should. They are all extremely handsome and immeasurably cute. They are cheerful, smile, play and romp and beg for attention all day long. They have beautiful sparkling eyes that look upon you for a little bit of kindness and stroking. The beige-colour ones are the calmest and most modest ones of all.
As the arrival of a puppy into the family means not only huge excitement, but also big responsibility, they are looking for such an owner who has a lot of time and a lot of energy to spare on them, who will take them to training classes and will teach them everything that a smart little, well-socialised family member will ever need and who will, of course, be able to afford the following 10-15 years while they will be member of the family. They are already neutered and can only be adopted with strict follow-up control by a responsible owner so that they will never again have to return to the shelter.
As of 9 April 2022 they are attending our 4-Saturday-long training classes and learning the basic obedience exercises.
