Történet
PÁFRÁNY és Moha lakóhelye ugyan nem, de gazdája közös volt, így történt, hogy amikor a gazda meghalt, ők mindketten a menhelyen kötöttek ki. Azt nem tudjuk, hogy pontosan milyen rokonságban áll egymással a két kutyus, de bundájuk színétől eltekintve, nagyon hasonlítanak egymásra. További közös vonásaik a rettegés és a vigasztalhatatlan szomorúság. Külön kennelben helyeztük el őket, ahol mindkettő azonnal behúzódott a legtávolabbi sarokba, onnan pedig aztán napokig el se mertek moccanni. Enni is alig ettek. Érdeklődésüket semmi nem tudta felkelteni. A pórázról pedig még hírből se hallottak. PÁFRÁNY hamar nyitott felénk. Talán vele többet foglalkozhattak mert néhány nap elteltével már sugárzó arccal fordult felénk ha közelítettünk és boldogan várta a simogatást. Nagyon kedves, barátságos kutyus, aki alig várja, hogy ránézzünk és mancsát az ölünkbe tehesse, hogy simogassuk már. Már a pórázzal is ismerkedik, de ezt még gyakorolnia kell. PÁFRÁNY sajnos szívférges, az örökbe fogadónak ez havonta kb. 3000 Ft kiadást jelent. Csak olyan jelentkezzen gazdinak, aki ezt az áldozatot meg tudja hozni érte! 2020.07.08.
Más kutyákkal remek a kapcsolata. A macskateszt során ( ami egy cicákkal teli, apró szobában zajlik), azt tapasztaltuk, hogy nem volt érdeklődő a macskák iránt. Mivel mindkét fél megilletődött állapotban volt, így nem feltétlen garantált, hogy máskor, más környezetben teljesen cicabarát lesz. 2020.07.21.

History 
PÁFRÁNY és Moha don't come from the same place, but their owner was the same person. This is how it's come about that when the owner died they both ended up at the shelter. It is not clear what the relationship between them is, but apart from the colour of their fur coat they take after each other a lot. Other shared qualities by them are dread and inconsolable sadness.They were settled in separate kennels where each of them curled up in the deepest corner straightaway and they wouldn't dare to move from there for days. They hardly ate. Nothing could spark their interest. They've never even heard of the collar and lead.
PÁFRÁNY opened up quite quickly. Perhaps he got more attention because after a few days he was turning his face towards us full of hopes and asked for stroking. He's a very kind and friendly dog who can hardly wait to be able to put his paw onto our knee and be caressed. He's getting acquainted with the collar and lead too, although he needs some more time to practise yet.
Unfortunately, PÁFRÁNY is heartworm positive the treatment of which condition incurs a monthly cost of 3,000 Ft. He's waiting for his loving owner who's willing to provide this for him. 08.07.2020
He gets on well with other dogs and during our impromptu cat test - that happens in a small room full of cats - he didn't show any interest in cats. Both PÁFRÁNY and the cats were rather cautious in this new situation, therefore, it is not guaranteed that he will be completely cat-friendly in absolutely every single situation. 21.07.2020
