It isn’t a one-off what’s happened to NYUNYÓKA’s mummy, Nárcisz and her family. Unfortunately, we are waging a never-ending, hopeless war against the irresponsible owners / puppy mills at home trying to reduce the number of straying and abandoned .animals here, in the country, because living according to the rules of responsible animal ownership is a collective interest for all of us.
It happened on a late September evening that we, as well as the police, were informed that a dozen of dogs keep escaping from a farm and they are terrifying the residents. According to the neighbours, the owner was treating his dogs in an inhuman way: he was not feeding them at all and therefore, they were forced to feed on their own excrement.
On arrival at the property we found 5 dogs that needed help. They are Nárcisz, Ninetta, Natália, Noé and Napocska. Nárcisz is most probably the mummy of the 4 other ones.
Since they arrived at the shelter the 4 puppies of Nárcisz have already found a loving home. Nárcisz was the one who was scared of people the most, so she has been living in the deepest corner of her wooden dog kennel. For a long time she even took her food inside the wooden dog kennel. This is how it came about that one day we noticed that she wasn’t alone inside her wooden dog kenne.
She had given birth to her tiny puppy, Namika, whom we fondly call simply NYUNYÓKA, at the shelter. Nárcisz was nurturing her puppy from inside the wooden dog kennel very lovingly, but now NYUNYÓKA does not depend on her mummy any longer, moreover, NYUNYÓKA is thriving and enjoying broadening her horizons and discovering the world around her at her foster lady’s, Eszti’s home. She’s an adorable, lively, giddy little pelt-nose who is running around all day long in the yard, enjoying exploring and playing. She loves being close to people and enjoys attention. She’s also interested in absoltely everything and incidentally, she’s Miss World! The person who wins her will be very lucky.
As the arrival of a puppy into the family means not only huge excitement, but also big responsibility, she is looking for such an owner who has a lot of time and a lot of energy to spare on her, who will take her to training classes and will teach her everything that a smart little, well-socialised family member will ever need and who will, of course, be able to afford the following 10-15 years while she will be member of the family. She can only be adopted with neutering obligation and strict follow-up control by a responsible owner so that she will never again have to return to the shelter.
She's relocated to Germany. 19.03.2021
